Keyword Search

The current Keyword Search tool is based around an ‘or’ search string.  What this means is if you type in Manchester Street, the system will return everything with Manchester and everything with Street.

The best way to use it is only use one word, but watch this space as we are working on a way of giving you he option to create ‘and’ search strings as well.

Defined by Area – what do we mean?

The most powerful feature about Findspace is its Search Engine and in particular the SpaceFinder.  This tool give you the power to search exactly for the size of area you need.  To gather the information we use in the SpaceFinder we break down Total Floor Area into its component parts as layed out below:

Area Makeup

When adding a listing you enter the area makeup of the property into the appropriate fields.

This then allows a user to search for the exact area sizes they require, for example you might be looking for 100 m2 of office space with 300 m2 of warehouse space, or 100 m2 of retail space with 50 m2 of storage.

These splits then allows Findspace users to search for the exact  area sizes they need.

Findspace is the only website that gives the users this POWER to quickly find the property they are after.

Automatic feeds for Real Estate firms

Published by under Under Development

We have been told by a number of Commercial Real Estate agencies that they will support our site once I sort out automatic feeds for them.  This is something that we knew we had to do but the problem we have at the moment is finding someone to talk to who knows something about it, from a technical point of view.

So you cam help or know anyone who can help then we would love to know about them.
