To gather the information we use in the SpaceFinder we break down Total Floor Area into its component parts as layed out below:
When adding a listing you enter the area makeup of the property into the appropriate fields.
This then allows a user to search for the exact area sizes they require, for example you might be looking for 100 m2 of office space with 300 m2 of warehouse space, or 100 m2 of retail space with 50 m2 of storage.
These splits then allows Findspace users to search for the exact area sizes they need.
