Here at FindSpace we are looking at the option of adding video against a listing. The cheapest option out there seems to be a Virtual Video, which is:
Photos are blended, panned and flipped to create illusion of video online with both professional voice/graphic overlays and royalty free music over bringing the clip to life, creating highly affordable internet video.
This work is carried out by a company called SilverLineMedia and they provide full motion video. Once the video is completed it becomes the property of the owner so can be used over and over again.
SilverLineMedia host the video as well as distributing it to the various Social Media channels such as YouTube, GoogleVideo, FaceBook and Twitter. They also make it available for viewing on your cellphone.
So just wondering, would you pay $169 to get a Virtual Video done of your commercial knowing that it could be seen by millions of people through the Social Media channels?

If, due to the current environment, you find yourself with spare empty space within your office or warehouse you could possibly get a return on it by listing on FindSpace.
We have a whole section dedicated to Shared Office Space.
In addition, if you find a property that you like but its just a bit to big then when you send your enquiry to the vendor tick the ‘Share Space’ option on the contact form and let others know that you are willing to share the space. The next person that views the listing will see that another person is interested in sharing…it’s that easy!

As you are aware, every 28 days your listing expires and needs re-listing (a simple one click operation once logged in). We do this to ensure that the listings on our site are always current.
We are going to make this process even easier in that when we send you the e-mail reminder that your listing has expired there will be a link in the e-mail which you can just click on to re-list your property so need need to login to FindSpace.
However, if you are not getting the response you are seeking you should try re-writing your description and adding some Listing Attributes to freshen up your ad.

Here at FindSpace we are now working on one of the most important parts of our site and that is the ability to import data from large Real Estate Back Office systems and from products such as Portal Pusher.
This capability will allow such firms to seamlessly update FindSpace with their Commercial Listings. Currently they have to manually add their data into our site and possibly other sites.
Portal Pusher is an independent product that gives agents the ability to enter their listing information once and it looks after re-configuring the data into the correct format for sites such as Sella, TradeMe and RealEstate.co.nz.
All imported listing will be automatically added to our FREE – Keep it Simple plans.
